Our take
I upgraded to the L6max for the extra channels and included cables/headphones. The 12 channels give me room for more mics and instruments, and the two Cans50 headphones allow a co-host or guest to monitor. Multi-track SD recording is a lifesaver for post-production. The build is plastic but serviceable for mobile use. I wish it had a rechargeable battery instead of AA, and the preamps aren't as clean as higher-end mixers. Still, for under $500, this bundle is a fantastic value for podcasters or small bands needing a portable setup.
