Our take
The ProFX16v3 is a workhorse. With 16 channels, I can handle a full band or large podcast setup. The built-in effects are usable, and the USB interface makes recording to a computer seamless. The included Cans50 headphones are fine, but the case is a nice bonus for transport. The build is solid metal, not plastic—definitely roadworthy. My only complaint: the price is high for an analog mixer in 2024, and you may want digital features like multi-track recording. But for reliability and sound quality, it's a great investment.
